By being present at the inspection I can familiarize you with the home and explain things to you as we move through the house.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.

Being a homeowner for over 20 years and spending a good part of that time working in the real estate and construction industries, I have learned a great deal about properties as well as what is important to a client.  

This experience gives me more of insight into details of a home than most, sometimes finding small, but important items that  many others may overlook.
