Welcome to my website!  I am proud and delighted to announce this is my 8th year in the real estate/construction industry here in beautiful Southern California.

I started my venture into Real Estate with my first purchase in 1989.  Since then I have owned several  properties throughout the Unites States. 

What originally started as a hobby 20 years ago  became a full time career when I moved to Los Angeles in 2001.

Having worked with many industry professionals over the years, I decided that the best way I can assist others achieve their property ownership goals was to become a Certified California Home and Commercial Property Inspector.

Besides Inspections for Real Estate Transactions, I am also a Certified Mold Inspector and Air Quality Tester and Assessor.

When I am not working on an inspection, I am dedicated to helping others increase the success of their business through professional networking. Currently I am the Young Professional Liaison and Chapter Consultant for Leads Club International, a  business networking organization that has been around for 31 years!
